As you can see Lavender has a ton of therapeutic benefits, blends well with many other oils and can be useful for minor skin irritations, burns and acne type skin related issues. It also blends well with Tea Tree Oil and may help with Athlete's Foot. Lavender is a wonderful essential oil for reducing stress, insomnia and helping with pain and tension.
Menstrual Cramp Recipe
2 drops Lavender, 2 drops Clary Sage, 2 drops Roman Chamomile in 15 ml of Jojoba and gently massage onto lower abdomen.
