Rosemary Essential Oil

Rosemary Essential Oil (Rosemarinus officinalis) is a very useful oil to have on hand. It's therapeutic uses include muscular aches and pain, arthritis, headaches, stomach upset, abdominal spasm, respiratory conditions, sinus and congestion, fluid retention, detoxifying, memory enhancement, acne, dandruff and hair loss.
Rosemary oil is steam distilled from the leaves, twigs and flowers of the plant. Typically found in France, Spain, Morocco, and Tunisia..
 
It blends well with: Basil, German and Roman Chamomile, Cypress, Elemi, Eucalyptus radiata, Geranium, Juniper Berry, Lavender, Peppermint, Petitgrain, Ravintsara, Tangerine, Spruce, Spearmint, and Ylang Ylang. (this is not an exhaustive list!)
Focusing and Mental Boosting Blend
1 drop Cypress
1 drop Rosemary
1 drop Peppermint
add essential oils to your diffuser
Stimulating Muscle Blend

4 drops of Rosemary

2 drops of Black Pepper

4 drops of Spike Lavender

2 drops of Ginger

Add essential oils to 1 ounce of Jojoba  and massage onto affected muscles.

Headache Inhaler Blend

5 drops Rosemary

7 drops Lavender

2 drops Peppermint

add essential oils to inhaler wick, cap and inhale as needed.
