Basil oil is amazing! It smells lovely, herby but licorice like and is a powerful little oil in muscle and pain blends as well as for nausea. It's one of my favorite oils in my massage practice because blended with Frankincense, Cypress, Peppermint or really any of my go to oils it can help them get my clients feeling better and reduce that tension and pain that brought them in.
